- While we use professional cleaning methods and premium products, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed as results depend on the type of stain, fabric, and its condition.
- Oud and Musk Laundry is not responsible for damage resulting from weak, aged, delicate, or previously damaged fabrics that may not withstand the cleaning process.
- Customers are encouraged to check all pockets and personal belongings before submitting items for cleaning. Oud and Musk Laundry is not responsible for valuables left inside garments or items.
- Completion and delivery times may vary depending on the service type, item condition, and cleaning requirements.
- Any concerns regarding the quality of service should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the cleaned items.
- Items not collected within the specified collection period may be subject to storage limitations and company policies.
- Certain specialty items, luxury fabrics, or heavily stained products may require additional treatment, processing time, or charges.
- Pickup and delivery services are subject to service area availability and scheduling.
